We configure your subdomain, brand colors, and logo. You invite advisors. Your first household is live and populated by the end of the week.
Weeks 2–4
First 5 households live, signal engine running
Five real households onboarded with full held-away, cash, and debt data. Life-event signals are live. Your team starts seeing what the platform surfaces.
Weeks 5–8
Full 25 households — advisor workflow integration
The remaining households are onboarded. We run a check-in to review which signals are generating conversations and tune the signal engine to your client mix.
Weeks 9–12
Decision point — data review and go/no-go
We review the 90 days with you: how many signals surfaced, how many conversations they generated, how clients responded to the dashboard. You make an informed decision with three months of real data.

Common questions.

How is client data handled? Is it secure? +
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Each firm's data is fully isolated — no household data is ever shared across firms. We don't sell data, train models on client data, or share it with third parties. Your client data is yours, period.
Which custodians do you support? +
During the pilot, held-away and custodian-held accounts can be imported via manual entry or CSV. Native read integrations with Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing are on the near-term roadmap — pilot firms get first access when they ship. Managed account data you control can be entered directly or synced via our CSV import.
What happens if we don't want to continue after 90 days? +
We export all your household and account data as a clean CSV file — no charge, no conditions. You keep everything you put in. There's no automatic renewal at the 90-day mark; continuing requires an affirmative decision from you. We'd rather earn the extension than trap you into it.
Who owns the client data? +
You do. Full stop. LedgerHouse is a software platform — we store and display data on your behalf. We make no claim to client information, and our agreement explicitly acknowledges that all client data belongs to your firm. When you leave, you take it with you.
How does the white-labeling work exactly? +
We set up a subdomain under your existing domain (e.g., clients.yourfirm.com). Your firm name, logo, and accent color appear in the navigation. The dashboard URL and email notifications carry your branding. Clients never see "LedgerHouse" unless you want them to. Full white-label is included in the pilot price.
